MILOSAO — Peoples & Cultures

MILOSAO is a Social Promotion Association founded in 2025 out of the experience of ASAL Student, an organisation active in Lecce in the fields of integration, youth participation and intercultural cooperation.

We promote values of solidarity, inclusion, mutual respect and peaceful coexistence, creating opportunities for encounter and collaboration between people of different cultural, social and geographical backgrounds.

Our activities grow from listening to the needs of people and territories. We work with young people, migrants, associations, schools, universities, institutions and local communities to turn differences into opportunities for shared growth.

We foster encounters between different cultures, traditions and identities through events, workshops and campaigns that counter stereotypes and prejudice.

We involve young people in educational, cultural and social pathways to express themselves, build skills and become protagonists of change.

Activities for migrants, refugees and host communities: guidance, social integration and the recognition of diversity as a resource.
